A different way to work

From answers to action

Give direction.
Review the work.

Asking AI a question gives you an answer. An agent can take the next steps across supported tools, using the context and permissions you give it.

01 / ASK

“How should I organize tomorrow?”

You get suggestions. You still open the calendar, find the messages and put the plan together.

02 / DIRECT

“Review my calendar and these messages. Prepare tomorrow’s brief.”

The agent gathers the selected information, prepares priorities and drafts, and saves work for your review.

Supported connections and your permission are required. You review the result before anything is sent or changed.

A simple example

Your voice.
A useful next step.

Explain what you need. Give the agent context. Decide what happens next.

Illustrative walkthrough. This page does not connect a microphone, read your accounts or send anything.

YOU SAY

“Review tomorrow’s calendar and the messages I select. Prepare a brief and flag what needs me.”

PREPARED FOR REVIEW

Tomorrow, made clearer.

  • A brief built from selected information
  • Follow-up drafts for you to check
  • Open questions and next decisions

You choose the sources. Calendar changes and messages still need your approval.

The difference is your context

Teach it what
good looks like.

Your role. Your priorities. Your writing style. The examples you would actually use.

Turn those into reference notes and reusable instructions. The next task has a better starting point than a blank chat.

When the result misses, explain why. Check the facts, refine the instructions and keep the part that works.

You bring the judgment. The agent helps prepare the work.

Learn the method

One useful step.
Then the next.

Self-paced learning built around real estate work. Watch a step, try it on your own setup, and come back when you need a refresher.

  6. 06

    Keep building your skills

The student library includes lesson pages, practical resources and the recordings currently available. Some lessons have written resources without a linked recording. Check the available materials before enrolling.

Less time at the keyboard

Keep the thought.
Put it to work.

Talk through a reply while it is fresh. Ask for a recap between appointments. Explain a change without starting over.

The purpose is to make work easier to direct, with more room in your day for clients, family and life away from the screen.

Voice and remote access depend on your devices, accounts and tools. Some tasks need your computer to stay awake and online. Desktop and mobile features can differ.

Who it is for

Real work.
Real starting points.

Listings to prepare. Conversations to follow up on. Information scattered across the day.

Realtors are the starting point. Loan officers, title and escrow professionals, and other service businesses can adapt the method to their own work.

No coding background is required. Bring a willingness to practice and check what AI produces.

Before you start

A few straight
answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The exercises focus on explaining a task, providing useful context and reviewing the result.

Which AI tools will I use?

The current lessons use Claude. The habits and reference notes you build can be adapted to other tools. Features and integrations differ, so a workflow may need changes when you switch.

What if I get stuck?

Use the support contact in the student area. Include the step you tried and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove private client information first.

Can I use client information?

Use only information you are authorized to share. Follow your organization’s policies and review the permissions of tools you connect.

What about purchase credit?

Within 90 days, the amount you actually paid for the Bootcamp applies in full as credit toward The Private Instruction.
